All mana, damage and healing numbers are for rank 1 of the spell only.

Ebb and Flow (trait).png Ebb and Flow (trait) 0/5 10 instant Casting a heal gives you a (6/12/18/24/30)% chance to increase your Wisdom by 2% per application, up to 5 applications, for 10 seconds.
Dissolution.png Dissolution 0/1 10 4% Instant 1 minute Surrounds the Cleric's feet with cleansing waters, removing all movement impairing effects and making them immune to those effects for 8 seconds.
Restorative Tide.png Restorative Tide 0/2 10 instant When you are Critically Hit, you heal (75/150)% of your Wisdom over 12 seconds.
Still Waters.png Still Waters 0/5 15 instant Reduces the cooldown of your Deluge by (0.8/1.6/2.4/3.2/4) seconds.
Orbs of the Stream.png Orbs of the Stream 0/1 15 28 35 2 seconds 45 seconds Surrounds the ally with 3 orbs. When the ally takes damage, an orb explodes, healing them for 190 to 195 health.
Tidal Resonance.png Tidal Resonance 0/2 20 instant Reduces the mana cost of your next heal over time spell by (15/30)% whenever you Critically Hit with a Water-based ability.
Ripple.png Ripple 0/1 20 17% instant 45 seconds Weaves rippling waves into the Cleric's spells, causing any single target, Water-based heal over time spells they cast to affect up to 5 additional party or raid members within 15 meters. Does not trigger a global cooldown. Lasts 6 seconds.
Diona's Gift.png Diona's Gift 0/5 20 Increases the healing bonus granted by your Tidal Surge by (6/12/18/24/30)%.
Cascade.png Cascade 0/1 25 4% 35 instant 2 minutes Renews the ally's mind with thoughts of gentle, flowing waters, causing the ally to regain 15% of their maximum Mana over 3 seconds.
Rising Waters.png Rising Waters 0/5 25 Increases the additional healing done by your Deluge by (6/12/18/24/30)%.
Overflow.png Overflow 0/1 25 instant When you Critically Hit with a heal, the ally gains Overflow for 15 seconds. The next time they take damage, they receive healing equal to your Wisdom.

Healing Spray.png Healing Spray 8 35 instant Refreshes the ally with a spray of crisp ocean water, healing them for 81 health over 12 seconds.
Deluge.png Deluge 14 26 35 2 seconds 8 seconds Immerses the ally, healing them for 96 to 100 health. In addition, Revitalizing Water heals the ally for 20 health for each active heal over time effect on the ally cast by the caster, up to a maximum of 6.
Downpour.png Downpour 51 45% 30 channeled 1 minute Channels torrential healing rains, healing up to 10 party or raid members within 15 meters for 1573 health over 6 seconds.
Glassy Reflection.png Glassy Reflection 32 4% Instant 30 seconds Wraps the Cleric in a shimmering ball of water, causing the next spell cast on the Cleric within 5 seconds to be reflected back at the attacker. Does not trigger a global cooldown.
Drown.png Drown 16 51 30 instant 30 seconds Floods the enemy's lungs with sea water, dealing 34 Water damage over 12 seconds, in addition to Silencing them for 3 seconds.

Healing Cataract.png Healing Cataract 44 269 2 seconds 8 seconds Funnels the massive force of falling water, healing up to 5 party or raid members within 15 meters for 352 to 358 health.
Healing Flood.png Healing Flood 12 80 instant Summons a rejuvenating flood, healing up to 5 party or raid members within 20 meters for 157 health over 12 seconds.
Cascade.png Cascade 26 4% 35 Instant 2 minutes Renews the ally's mind with thoughts of gentle, flowing waters, causing the ally to regain 15% of their maximum Mana over 3 seconds.
Cleansing Waters.png Cleansing Waters 10 4% 35 Instant Cleanses the ally with the essence of a gentle brook, removing 1 Curse, Disease, or Poison.
Soothing Stream.png Soothing Stream 20 26 35 Instant Conjures the power of a vigorous mountain stream, healing the ally for 83 health per stack over 12 seconds. Stacks up to 4 times.
Healing Current.png Healing Current 3 11 35 2 seconds Gathers the healing energies of a mighty river, healing the ally for 53 to 56 health, and an additional 37 health over 14 seconds.
Waterjet.png Waterjet 8 30 instant Blasts the enemy with a strong gout of water, dealing 10 to 12 Water damage.
Blessing of the Sea.png Blessing of the Sea 18 4% 35 instant Grants the ally the ability to breathe underwater. Lasts 1 hour.
Tidal Surge.png Tidal Surge 8 4% instant 45 seconds Calls on the power of the tides, increasing the effectiveness of the Cleric's next healing spell by 50%. Does not trigger a global cooldown. Lasts 30 seconds.
Dissolution.png Dissolution 11 4% instant 1 minute Surrounds the Cleric's feet with cleansing waters, removing all movement impairing effects and making them immune to those effects for 8 seconds.
Well of Life.png Well of Life 18 22% 35 8 seconds Brings the fallen ally back to life and restores 20% of their health and mana. This ability cannot be used while in combat.
Ocean's Blessing.png Ocean's Blessing 36 instant Passive. Increases the Spell Power bonus on your heal over time spells by 6%, plus an additional 3.6% per point spent in the Warden soul above 36.
Dehydrate.png Dehydrate 6 19 30 2 seconds Drains the enemy of all vital fluids, dealing 36 Water damage over 12 seconds.
Orbs of the Tide.png Orbs of the Tide 38 238 35 2 seconds 45 seconds Surrounds the ally with 3 orbs. When the ally takes damage, an orb explodes, healing up to 5 party or raid members within 10 meters for 339 to 345 health.
Ripple.png Ripple 21 17% instant 45 seconds Weaves rippling waves into the Cleric's spells, causing any single target, Water-based heal over time spells they cast to affect up to 5 additional party or raid members within 15 meters. Does not trigger a global cooldown. Lasts 6 seconds.
Track Water Creatures.png Track Water Creatures 10 instant Shows the location of all Water creatures within a short vicinity on the minimap.
