Apothecary is a crafting profession to create consumable items such as Flasks, Potions, Philters, Tonics, and Vials. They also make unique Dyes that are not sold by vendors.

Apothecaries benefit most from the Foraging and Butchery gathering professions. Plants are required to make the majority of recipes, while others require bones and teeth gathered by Butchering.

Trainers and Recipe Vendors

Trainers

An Apothecary trainer can only teach you recipes and profession levels up to his own level. This means a Novice Apothecary NPC will be unable to teach you a recipe for which the Skilled Apothecary profession grade is required.
